In First Year and Second Year of the Pacific Northwest Resource Management School, the goal is to teach an understand of stewardship for developed lands, facilities, and natural resources; managing budgets and communicating funding needs; and scheduling, supervising and mentoring employees. The curriculum in these two years is connected. Completion of First Year is required to be eligible to attend Second Year.
